Enfleurage

Anna Anderluh, Lukas Aichinger and David Gratzer are from Vienna and together they are Enfleurage. With improvisational ease and spontaneous compositional intelligence, they turn the characters of their musical worlds into something completely new. In a dense frenzy that alternates fast tempo passages with meditative mantras they evoke images for the audience which unfold throughout the course of the pieces. Guitar, drums, autoharp, voice and loops flow together to create music that keeps you on your toes. Enfleurage takes the listener on a journey from gentle daydreams to daring deconstructions and far away to new beginnings. The three musicians have always looked beyond the boundaries of the musically ordinary.

CPM-Lab-Abschlusskonzert

Every year, highly talented musicians work on their own music together with the other participants and the instructors in the Composer-Performer Music Lab for six days during the second week of the festival. They all come from different backgrounds and yet have one thing in common: They are all active instrumentalists or performers and produce their own musical work. The Composer-Performer Music Lab is a space of musical experimentation in which the participants move between sound art, improvisation and composition. As in previous years, the highly exciting works will be presented in the first part of the evening concert. And as always, it is impossible to say exactly what the audience can expect at this concert. But they can certainly look forward to musical works of the highest quality.
