Lylit does not carry her heart on her sleeve but on her tongue. She is utterly committed to her compositions and performs them with such an abandon that it pierces listener’s hearts deeply. She composed and produced the film score to the movie “Eismeyer”, which was first shown at the 2022 Biennale in Venice. For this soundtrack she not only received the Austrian film award but was also awarded a “Romy” for “Best Music”. In 2022 she embarked on a creative journey with the actor Kristian Nekrasov in search of topics that can be translated into music. Through this joint process she realized more and more, that she no longer wanted any detours or distractions. Transparent form, emotion and expression as well as an unembellished sincerity have become her tools of creative expression. The album coming out this year is the result of this journey.
