5/8erl in Ehr'n are a rare species. It is no coincidence that this band surpasses boundaries, be they generations, genres and social bubbles: Their music can be heard on mainstream as well as alternative radio stations, in the theater but also at the outdoor pool. Their secret? It is the radical and uncompromising search for connection. In their search they have found a sound somewhere between Aretha Franklin, Buena Vista Social Club and Helmut Qualtinger. 5/8erl in Ehr'n don’t turn a blind eye to what is wrong with society but still want to soothe our souls. To this end, they have developed their very own musical language: Viennese soul. Their hit “Badeschluss” (Closing time at the Pool) resounds from the speakers of Vienna's public baths every summer. A resulting tour of all these baths is only logical. And a quick detour to the cool waters of Lake Lunz makes perfect sense. 5/8erl in Ehr'n are coming to town and have their swim bags and their new and already seventh album “BURN ON!” in tow.
